Cancellation :Any cancellation must be notified either by letter or by e-mail addressed to the owner and validated by him.* Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains the property of the owner.* If the customer does not show up before 7.30 pm on the day of the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains acquired to the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.* In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.
Reception - ArrivalThe Mas Normand welcomes you in its guest rooms between 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm. In case of arrival at another time, the guest must inform the owner by phone or by e-mail.Thank you to inform the owner of the time of your arrival by email : lemasnormand@wanadoo.fr
Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked inside the garden.
The breakfastBreakfast is included in the overnight rate. Breakfast is served in the veranda from 8.30am to 10am.
DepartureOn your departure, the guest rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am.
GIFT VOUCHER  General terms and conditions :
The gift voucher is valid for one time only and for 2 persons unless otherwise specified.
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. After this date, it is no longer valid.
The use of the gift voucher constitutes definitive acceptance of the stay and date chosen. No cancellations are possible, a postponement of the reservation may be possible on request and subject to availability.
All services are offered according to our availability.
If you do not show up on the reserved date, your gift voucher will be considered lost and cannot be used at a later date.
The services of the gift voucher do not include delivery to the place of stay.
In the event of non-use, loss or destruction of your gift voucher, neither the purchaser nor the beneficiary will be able to claim a refund or any compensation whatsoever.
